I am a capitol one card holder myself i reported lost and never recived another but a bill saying i owe over limit.I no longer live at the residence as i was when i got the card,but they are calling my ex girlfriends house daily 3-4 times a day.She is very upset to the point she never answers the phone but come yelling at me.
